WiM 2010 Subsidy Fund application form

 
Please fill in this form if you are a member of Revelation who would be unable to attend WiM in Aberdeen without financial assistance for travel costs. We will try to help as many applicants as possible but to be eligible you must complete this form by 19th March. Conditions
  • In order to claim a subsidy you must be a current active member of a Revelation choir or National Staff.
  • Depending on the number and value of applicants we will endeavour to cover your requests in full, but may be only able to subsidise a proportion of your travel.
  • All requests will be treated equally, but in the event of an overwhelming number of applications factors such as distance from location and student status will be taken into consideration.
  • Forms will be held in the strictest confidence and will only be seen by the NC and the financial administrator of Revelation.
  • You will need to pay for your own travel and must provide a paper receipt or email confirmation of payment. We would advise that you do not book your travel until we have confirmed that you are eligible to receive assistance.
  • If you are allocated and receive financial assistance in advance of WIM, but do not attend WIM for any reason, then we will have to reclaim the amount paid to you. Individual circumstances will be taken into consideration.Subsidy allocated will be deducted from your normal WIM subscription and where relevant any further difference between travel claim and WiM cost repaid to you within 14days of your receipt being received. For instance, if WIM will cost £55, and you claim £30, then you need only pay £25 for WIM (payable anytime up to the week of the event). If you claim £80, then not only do you not pay for WiM, a further £25 will be sent to you within the timescales above.
  • If you are allocated and receive financial assistance in advance of WIM, but do not attend WIM for any reason, then we will have to reclaim the amount paid to you. Individual circumstances will be taken into consideration.
